Applicable to both the seasoned meditator and the newcomer, join us on this journey of exploring meditation's many sides. We will start with gentle movement, awareness, & breath to center. From there, we will go into our meditative work. In this month's session, Courtney will guide the group through a Grounding Meditation to root ourselves more deeply in this present moment's gifts, and then go into a Gratitude & Abundance Scan, illuminating what fills us up. After each meditation practice, you will be guided through journaling prompts and connective discussion to highlights insights and take-aways.
How to prepare:
Please dress in comfortable clothes for light movement, bring a journal, pen, and water. Your own yoga mat is encouraged.
