Yoga Sculpt Cardio Dance Class

A fun, high energy full body workout that blends yoga’s mindfulness with strength training and dynamic movement (flow/dance). We will move our bodies with joy and end with deep stretches for a balanced, empowered, and centered feeling. Expect sun salutations, yoga poses (Warrior II, Chair Pose) paired with bicep curls or lateral raises, cardio intervals, fun music, and a final cool-down with restorative yoga to connect breath, movement, and strength.  Suitable for all levels with and without weights.
