  • Private Pilates

    Learn how to move your body in a way that optimizes your strength, flexibility, balance and control with support, encouragement and focused attention from your instructor. You’ll set goals together and work towards achieving them utilizing the Pilates equipment.

    These sessions will not only help you lengthen and strengthen your body--but help you relieve tension and gain confidence in your movement.

  • Private Yoga

    Learn proper alignment and transitions with support, encouragement and focused attention from your instructor. Set goals together and work towards achieving them in these personalized sessions.

    You’ll not only gain strength and mobility, but also deepen your breath, release tension and gain confidence in your movement.

 *Policies: Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your first private session. This will allow you to tour the studio, get acquainted and sign our studio waiver. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private sessions, duets and private group classes. Late cancellations results in a charged session. Credit card information is required to schedule a private session.
