Whether you're craving some muscle shakes or a deep, restorative stretch, we've got something for you: Pilates Mat, Yoga, Pilates Springboard and TRX, and Pilates Reformer.

  • What a fabulous beginning this is! Many of our new students enjoy starting with our Gentle Yoga, Pilates Reformer Level I-II, and Pilates Mat Level I-II classes. If you have prior experience with Pilates and yoga feel free to hop into any class! No matter which class you decide to try first, our instructors will be able to offer modifications so you can feel comfortable and supported. Scroll up on this page to see our intro package options and get started now!

  • The booking window for auto-pay members opens on the 25th of the month for the next month's bookings. The window opens on the 28th of each month for non-members. Please be courteous of your fellow students and only register for classes you will be able to attend, and remove yourself from any rosters you are no longer able to make.

  • Weekend Pilates Reformer classes have an 18-hour cancellation policy. 7:00 AM Pilates Reformer and Springboard classes have a 12-hour cancellation window, and all other classes have a 6-hour window. Please be mindful of your fellow students and remove yourself from the class roster if you are unable to attend. Late cancellations and no-shows will lead to one of the following:

    • Anyone on a 5-pack, 10-pack, drop-in, or set class membership will lose the class from their account.

    • Anyone on an unlimited pass or membership will be charged $15 for their first cancellation, and $10 for every cancellation thereafter.

    • Anyone on a 14-day unlimited new client special will be charged $5 for any missed class.

  • We always encourage students to add their names to our waitlists when a class is full. You may be added to a class from the waitlist up to an hour before class begins. If you are on a waitlist and no longer able to attend class, please remove yourself so other students have the chance to be added to class and you don't get charged for the class. If you are moved off the waitlist into class and do not show up, you will lose this class from your account.

  • Our classes start on time. Students who arrive more than 5 minutes late for their class will risk not being allowed in. Showing up late for class is disruptive to your fellow students and an injury concern for yourself. That said, while we appreciate those who are on time, please arrive for class no more than 15 minutes early.

  • Dress comfortably in something you can move freely in. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates reformer--but not required. Bring a water bottle (or purchase one of ours!). For yoga, we recommend you bring your own mat — but if you need to borrow one, we've got you covered! You may borrow a mat for free on your first visit, and rent one for $5 each visit after, or pay $25 for one month of unlimited rentals. Students on an auto-pay membership receive free mat rentals. Alternatively, you may purchase a mat in our studio to keep! For Pilates, we provide mats.

  • Yes, we recommend you secure your belongings in a locker when you are taking a mat Pilates or yoga class or bring them into the room with you for private/reformer classes. Thrive is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • You will receive a Zoom link 15 min before a livestream class. For on-demand, please register the night before. You'll get the link at midnight the day of the class and have access to it for 7 days. Always check your junk mail if you don't receive a link!
